RETURN POLICY

For our wall art meanse that they are only go into production when the order has been received by us. For this reason, we cannot accept returns, as all products are produced at the customer's request.

It is of course always possible that the product has been damaged during transport or does not meet our quality requirements. In this case, please contact us directly to discuss the possibilities. We will then come up with a solution as soon as possible.

For our clothing, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. These items must not have been worn or washed. Items with signs of use or damage will not be processed.

You can send the return to our warehouse via any post office at your own expense:

Keep your proof of shipment (including track & trace information) in a safe place. You will not receive a confirmation of receipt from us when a return shipment has arrived at our warehouse.

Once received, it can take up to 7 business days for a return to be verified and converted into a refund. You will be notified by email of a refund as soon as it is initiated.

You will receive the purchase amount back in the same way that you paid. Depending on your bank, it may take up to a few business days for the amount to be credited to your account.

*Artiqe is not responsible for returns that have not arrived at our warehouse for any reason.
*Artiqe does not provide return labels and does not reimburse the shipping costs incurred by you.
